Love
The first pillar of living life in harmony with your Spiritual Self.
It begins with loving yourself. Finding the good you are and do, and focusing on expanding that. Then sharing that love with others. Being love. Seeing love. Knowing love is all is the foundation of Spiritual Principles and living your life uncovering the truth of who you are.
Being in Service
The second pillar of living life connected with your Spiritual self involves doing things for others.
We so often focus on ourselves. What we want. Where we work. What we are getting out of an exchange with another person. I invite us to look at how we do things for others. This does not have to be volunteer work. Start with an awareness of how frequently you do something for someone else because you can. Or because it is the right thing to do.
Living Life Fully
The third pillar to living life in harmony with your
Spiritual Self is living life fully.
Living life fully looks different for each of us. Learning to listen to your intuition, saying yes more often than saying no, and honoring your bodies natural rhythms and needs leads to a life with less regrets and more fulfillment. It's said everything is either growing or dying - be sure to continuously step into growth opportunities, even at the risk of failing the first time.
