The Classroom of Our Shadows: From Fear to Transformation 

This week we explore the power in choosing to see past our fears and understand truth. We all have fears we are unaware of, hiding underneath anger and self-sabotage. These protective smoke screens shield us from deep, unexamined fears. Taking a holy pause and reflecting on areas we procrastinate in or tasks we avoid can lead us to the shadows hiding within and allow us to open an inquiry into fear, faith, and what is possible.

    Monthly Grief Support Group Westminster, CO 

    Few of us can say we haven't lost loved ones. Just as few can say they fully grieved the losses they have experienced. Unfortunately, most of us are unaware we have unhealed grief until something else comes along and knocks us of course. In these monthly support groups, we explore our grief, how our loss has changed our lives, and ways to learn a new way of living.

    • Daytime group: 3rd Thursday of the month, 10:30am - noon
    • Evening group: 4th Tuesday of the month, 5:30 - 7:00pm
    • Meetings are held in the Cancer Center Building
